To streamline your workflow, we have enhanced how Purchase Order (PO) totals are updated by adding a direct sync option within the Line Workbench.
Synchronizing Purchase Order Totals
Previously, to see updated PO line data based on receipts and invoices, users had to manually trigger an On-Demand PO sync on the document entry page which required leaving the Line Workbench. A new Sync button is available directly within the Line Workbench for targeted PO updates.
How to Sync from the Line Workbench?
For instances where you need to refresh PO data without leaving your current task, use the new Sync button:

Open the Line Workbench for your Purchase Order.

Locate the Sync button
at the top-left of the workbench window.
- Click Sync to update the invoiced and received amounts and quantities, as well as status for each PO line.
