Invoice In Motion: Submitted Last 24 Hours

The Submitted Last 24 Hours section of your dashboard shows your most recently submitted documents and their details. You can customize your view by creating filters and editing which document details show in the table columns.

View Submitted Documents

You can view documents that were submitted within the last 24 hours if they are in your assigned document group. To view submitted documents:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click on Submitted Last 24 Hours to open the page.

  3. To open any document, click its Ascend ID

Tip! Refresh the page to view the most up-to-date information. To view older submissions, go to Completed Invoices.

Filter Submitted Documents

You can filter your documents submitted in the last 24 hours by these fields:

  • Ascend Date
  • Entered Date
  • Document Group
  • Supplier
  • Control Amount
  • Invoice Date
  • Submission Method
     

To filter your documents:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click on Submitted Last 24 Hours to open the page.
  3. Click the Filter icon .
  4. Choose your filters. You can select multiple checkbox options and keyword search.

Changes update automatically. When you’re done filtering, click Clear All Filters. The available filter selections depend on the documents currently in this section.

Understanding Submission Method Filters

The Submission Method filter helps you understand when someone worked on a document before it was submitted or if it was submitted automatically. You can filter by three different submission methods:

User - Someone in your organization processed and submitted the document.

Human in the Loop (HITL) - The document was edited by Ascend’s Human in the Loop team, which made it eligible for Touchless Processing. This option is only available if your organization uses Human in the Loop Services.

Touchless Processing (TLP) - The document was submitted through Touchless Processing. This means that the document met all of your organization's TLP criteria [link] and did not require manual processing.

Customize Table Columns

To choose which document details show in the Submitted Last 24 Hours section, you can edit which columns show in the table view. To edit the view:

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Click on Submitted Last 24 Hours to open the page.
  3. Next to the search bar, click the Edit view icon .
  4. Select which columns you want to show:
    • To show all columns, check Select All.
    • To show only the default columns, click Set to Default.
  5. Click Save.

Your changes are applied immediately. Column selections automatically return to the default view when you leave or close this page.
