The Use Previous Lines option adds line coding from the last submitted non-PO invoice with a matching Supplier, Company, and Company Account Number. Use this option to instantly code individual non-PO invoices and speed up your invoice processing.
If the invoice you’re working on doesn’t have a Customer Account Number, lines are added from the most recent invoice with a matching Supplier and Company. If it doesn’t have a Customer Account Number or a Company, it applies lines from the most recent invoice from that Supplier.
To use lines from a previously submitted non-PO invoice:
- Go to your document's Invoice Lines section and click the menu icon

- Select Use Previous Lines.
The lines from the last submitted invoice with matching details will be added automatically.
