Maintenance Scheduled 🛠️

Ascend AP will undergo scheduled maintenance on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 8:00 PM to 11:59 PM PT. You will still be able to process documents received before the maintenance period.

During the maintenance period, email processing may experience delays, but we do not anticipate any significant impact on overall processing times. All services will resume normal operations once the maintenance is complete.

Thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve our services.

Printed Check Memos Now Supported ✍️

Ascend Payments now allows you to include custom memos on printed checks. Memos are based on either the first or last comment on the related invoice. When this setting is enabled and you include a related invoice comment, a memo will show on each check sent to your supplier.
