Header Company can automatically change line Company ⚙️

Ascend AP has a new setting that automatically updates the line Company when you edit the header Company. This makes sure that you don't have to change each invoice line manually every time you update the header Company. Contact Support if you’re interested in turning this setting on.

Smarter duplicate invoice handling 🚩

When you cancel or delete a duplicate invoice, Ascend AP will now automatically recheck all related invoices that were originally flagged as duplicates. If all duplicates have been canceled or deleted, then any associated invoices will no longer have the duplicate status.

Fixes and Improvements 🛠️

Improved $0 processing ✅

Ascend has fixed an issue where some $0 lines were showing as invalid when they were correctly entered. This fix does not automatically allow for $0 invoicing. If you need to submit $0 invoices, contact Customer Support to discuss the settings that are the best fit for your organization.
