Manage Payments User Roles

If you have Payments for ElevateAP, any user on your team can be given Payments Specialist permissions. Payments Specialists can view all payment and settlement activity, regardless of any Document Groups.

Go to the Users section of ElevateAP to make any changes to your team’s user permissions.

Give Payments permissions to an existing user

  1. From the left sidebar, select Users > Manage Users.
  2. Click the edit icon  in the Actions column.
  3. Check the box for Payments Specialist.
  4. Click Save.

Create a new Payments user

  1. From the left sidebar, select Users > Manage Users.
  2. Click Add User.
  3. Enter the user's First Name, Last Name, and Email.
  4. Check the box for Payments Specialist.
  5. Click Save.

Remove a Payments user

If you want to remove a user’s Payments access, edit tsshe user's permissions and uncheck the box for Payments Specialist. When you save your changes, the user will immediately lose access to Payments.

To permanently delete a user from ElevateAP, click the trash can icon  to the right of the user’s details. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Confirm that you want to delete the user in the modal.
