Technical support is available 4:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday, except these US holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day (the third Monday in January)
- President's Day (the third Monday in February)
- Memorial Day (the last Monday in May)
- Juneteenth (June 19)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (the first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving (the fourth Thursday of November) and the Friday following Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day (December 25). Reduced staff during December 26th-31st.
- Other dates as announced in advance on the Help Center home page.
