Technical support is available 4:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday, except these US holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (the third Monday in January)
  • President's Day (the third Monday in February)
  • Memorial Day (the last Monday in May)
  • Juneteenth (June 19)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (the first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving (the fourth Thursday of November) and the Friday following Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day (December 25). Reduced staff during December 26th-31st.
  • Other dates as announced in advance on the Help Center home page.
