When you place a document on hold, you now have the option to enter a one-time hold reason. This is in addition to choosing from your organization’s list of hold reasons. You can also view your hold reasons by selecting the On Hold tab in My Invoices. Learn more ›
Expanded Document Rules: Set Header Company 🪄
You can now use document rules to automatically fill in Company at the header level in addition to the Company field at the line level. You can still choose whether to create a rule that applies to all Companies, or a single Company. Learn more ›
New Setting: Search PO Prefixes ⚙️
If your company uses PO prefixes like 'PO-44556677' but your suppliers often don’t (for example, they only reference '44556677' on the invoice), you can turn on an Ascend AP setting that uses the prefixes in your Workday instance to help search for a valid PO number. This is a flexible setting, so you can choose to turn it on for specific Suppliers, Companies, or other criteria. Contact Support or your Account Manager if you’re interested in enabling this setting.
